Is it necessary for the animation to have backgroud audio or music?

I recommend that the animation be at least 5 minutes long and no longer than 10 minutes, and you can add sounds and background music.
I don't know why you want both 720p and 1080p submissions. 1080 isn't a clean multiple of 720, so any 720p animations may be poorly upscaled

I mean, really, your animation should be at most 5 minutes long, sorry, and your animation should be between 12 and 24 fps.

If you add 720p and 1080p animations together, then the 720p animations won't upscale well or you'll need to add black bars
