He blocked me also but i can still follow him review him (probably because we minors)
He blocked me because I annoyed him. Worst of all, I posted an artwork making fun of him, but I had to delete it because it was against the site's terms.

He was one of the members of the OC meme collab. I was frustrated that I hadn't taken part, so I posted a negative review. But then I was corrected and changed it. But then I got the sleeping emoji, whatever and WTF reactions. I kept posting and deleting reviews and that annoyed Nebulate.
i do nothing to the people of newgrounds, but when the occasional user blocks me, i contact them on another platform, and write a very nice & formal message explaining myself.
did this twice, and both times it had worked out; suggest trying it.
@AlexToolStudio you can block people from certain aspects of the site.
i only ever blocked 2 forum regs, but knowing how 1-dimensional it is, I decided to be nice & only kept them blocked on the boards; they can still interact in other ways if they choose.
@iShadowzz08 some blocked me for being a minor
@AlexToolStudio wow ageism...actually makes no sense coming from the blocker, imo. but people like that were never worth your time to begin with.
@iShadowzz08 some of them are kind of famous and there’s some people who block you for being rude to them even if you apologize and change (im looking at you tankcraft)
