Here's the evidence.

Edit: Regarding my rating, I gave it one and a half stars because the animation was short and had no sound or anything. He was already attacking other users because of their negative reviews, and I ended up being next. I was browsing Newgrounds fine when he replied to my review saying that my profile picture was ugly. The truth is that I drew that picture back when I used to draw pictures using Paint, and that makes me sad. If you want to see the animation, here it is:

Well, Newgrounds can be an harsh place sometimes...

As a review on NG, "Nope", doesn't really cut it. Be cautious when giving negative reviews.

And I said that because I thought it would be funny. But I think I'd better change my review.

@Anonymous-Frog @Simoes1000 the post was blamed, which means it got too low a rating to be accepted to the site.

or the user deleted it.

@Stonmann @Simoes1000 @Simoes1000 If the user deleted it, it would say the author removed it. "This submission doesn't exist" indicates a mod removal.

Truth be told, when I see that screenshot, I see no "attack"; just 2 NG users acting like children.

While I think the retort was lazy, you deserved a rude response for a "review" like that, @Simoes1000. Garbage in; garbage out.

Have a look at the Review Guidelines before your next review:
https://www.newgrounds.com/wiki/help-information/terms-of-use/review-guidelines

But his animation was bad, but you're right, I acted like a child. But I changed the review afterwards.

You have to keep in mind: While the reviews are visible to the public, you are (usually) reviewing submissions for a very small group of people: Those who created the submission you're looking at/listening to.

The bar for 'reviews that can stay' has dropped severely over the past decade, but they are 'supposed' to help the artist. Very rarely, users use that space to enlighten the audience about aspects of a submission, and that can sometimes be actually very helpful - but it's not what that box is for.
