Well?

1. Be nice to people.
2. Make something worthy for people with your passion and support.

3. Have a supporter status

Act Like me

Nice question but first it's important to ask yourself what do you mean by "best" because it can vary depending on the context and place you are in (i.e. best in the field of slow-mo animation, best in the field of concept art etc.). Since you are in a user-generated content website that strives for originality and personal creations but at the same time also aims at building a positive environment built on constructive criticism that helps everyone to improve and level up, I suppose you mean this by "best".

I feel to suggest you that the first step is not focusing on achieving this "best" status per se but to pursue what you love first and be simply yourself, because doing things for the sake of being the best will only erode your mental health in the long term. Second but not less important SkilledFella's tips are spot on because being nice, respectful but also ignoring those who pester you to get a reaction out of you is the first step to become a better person and contribute to the overall positive environment of the site you are now.

Avoid conflicts, trust me your energies and mental health are better spent in creative things like art, videos, or everything you love and makes you feel happy. Surround of positive people who genuinely supports you. I don't have other to add, SkilledFella already summed up pretty well what I wanted to say.

And most of all: have fun!
