Nice question but first it's important to ask yourself what do you mean by "best" because it can vary depending on the context and place you are in (i.e. best in the field of slow-mo animation, best in the field of concept art etc.). Since you are in a user-generated content website that strives for originality and personal creations but at the same time also aims at building a positive environment built on constructive criticism that helps everyone to improve and level up, I suppose you mean this by "best".

I feel to suggest you that the first step is not focusing on achieving this "best" status per se but to pursue what you love first and be simply yourself, because doing things for the sake of being the best will only erode your mental health in the long term.
